Didn’t taste like anyone was trying. What a shame considering this is a close location for me.

We drive all the way from Owensville Ohio to get our favorite veggie pizza. Wish they would build one of these closer to us.
The pizza is always very good and is well worth the half an hour drive. Dine in, or take out. We love it.

This location is absolutely worthless…
Order wrong 2 separate occasions, Asiago bread not fully cooked and sent it back, came back burnt. Ordered another time whole pizza was wrong, also cut into slices barely 2 inches wide. Tried to get Asiago bread again, but came out burnt. They said they have a hard time cooking it… it shouldn’t be on the menu if you can’t cook it correctly. The «manager» is an ass and can’t handle getting complaints when the customer doesn’t want a credit. Will NEVER order from the Amelia location again. Only receiving one star because I can’t post otherwise.

Horrible. If you have any other option, do NOT waste your money here. I have had the misfortune of dining here. I gave the Donatos corporate website a complaint and after a couple weeks finally got a response and got a credit for a brick street bread which is the item that was completely horrible.
First of all, I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed and all the lights were off and no one was anywhere to be seen. The donatos light was off, the dining room lights, the open late sign. Everything.
After paying for my order they decided to put my food in the oven, which was the time my food was supposed to be ready, ok, so I patiently wait for it. I get the food 15 minutes later and it is completely raw. And the guy who took it out of the oven knew it was, he went to pull it out, then pushed it back in for another second, then decided to just put it in the box and give it to me. I didn’t look at it until I got home at which point they were closed.
I paid over $ 16 for a pizza and brick street bread. You do realize I could go to LaRosa’s which is RIGHT NEXT DOOR and get better quality food for less money.

Do not go here. Save your money. Go to any other pizza place and have a better experience.

You can’t go wrong for a pizza this good for around $ 10. The thin crust with what seems to be a couple hundred pepperonis on it, is an amazing choice. My wife and I find ourselves going to this location when we are on the east side of town and we haven’t been disappointed yet!
