The lady who works the counter is, at best, disinterested if not downright rude and they are constantly damaging the shirts I have laundered and pressed. They tag them with a little piece of paper, slipped through a buttonhole and stapled to itself. Well, if you drop off five shirts, at least two will have staples through them (and damage when removed) when you get them back. Despite pointing this out to them a number of times, it continues to happen. Well, not anymore to me, because I’m done.

DO NOT GO! A few weeks ago I dropped off a priceless custom gown and a jacket. When I came back they said I never dropped the gown off. They kept on insisting that I was wrong, and offered no help. On top of that, they were beyond rude. Not only that, but my jacket came home in worse shape then I left it. Just last week, I found my gown on Craigslist. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Good service and fair prices. The best day to drop cloths of is on Wednesdays because they offer a 15% discount. Usual turn around time is 3 days for pickup.
