As a family we came in to look at mattresses. They have a great deal going. We came in 3 times trying to decide. I was so impressed with the 2 individuals that helped us out. We asked a lot of questions and they were very honest. They did not follow us around and try to push us into buying. They even looked to find us more discounts to help us out. The first two times they told us to take our time and really get what we want. Our kids were going crazy and they handled that great. They have great follow through as they were readily available through the entire process all the way to delivery. We are extremely happy with our experience and will refer others to come shop Sears for mattresses.

The single worst experience Iv ever had at any retail store Amarillo sears service center should be shut down the manager is rue and hateful I will never buy anything from another sears store again !!!

My wife and I went to Sears to buy some gear for our unborn son. The store has a decent baby department and we found some cute onesies. The problem happened when we went to the register to check out. One lady was trying to get the customer to sign up for a credit card and the other one had a customer that kept asking tons of questions and holding up the line. We stood there for a good 20 minutes just waiting to check out. After the credit card sign up failed, the clerk checked the customer out finally and we thought we could check out and get out of there. She decided at that moment to walk away and take a break, I guess. We were the only ones waiting in line, so we didn’t understand why she couldn’t simply check us out and then take her break. Very irritating. We went over to another register in the back of the store and waited again to check out. That clerk helped out his customers and then walked off with them to find something. Once again we were being ignored. A clerk finally took note of us and got us checked out, but not until we had waited a total of 30 – 40 minutes just to buy some onesies. Like I said, they have a decent baby department, but we will probably not shop there very often due to the lack of service and attention we received.

Very helpful. We left Best Buy because they were too busy to help us, and they were not pleasant. We drove 2 minutes, got great service, and a better price. All in all I was surprised and pleased.
