Connies has the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. She yelled at me from across the room. She does terrible work and stands behind nothing. Nasty nasty disposition!!! I would not give her one star but it requires it to post. Horrible horrible horrible

Business owners in Amarillo keep forgetting that there are other businesses just like theirs that customers can go to.
Connie’s is a fine example.
She is rude and lacks customer service.
I will be taking my dry cleaning somewhere else.
FYI, there is no system of accountability. She jots down what you’re dropping off, yet offers no ticket. So if something goes missing, it’s like you never even dropped it off.

One of the worst places in Amarillo. The staff is great but Connie herself has serious issues. She understands English perfectly but any complaint or issue no matter how small or big is always denied by her and she suddenly does not understand. Stay away from this place

The worst customer service ever in my entire 32 years of life. Trust my word for this. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I needed jeans alteration. The old asian lady who runs this place is very rude and have no idea what is the right job to be done. I didn’t listen to the bad reviews here in Unilocal,it’s my mistake.
