Horrible service. Got there and had to wait for a waitress to come take our drink order. When she finally arrived we ordered our entire meal. Appetizer came out wrong, finally brought it back and food shortly after. Husbands salad was wrong(allergic or he would have eaten). Manager finally brought out salad and had to ask him for silverware. Husband received a work call and had to leave. I got back to my office without eating lunch and was gone over an hour. Office maybe 5 minutes away.

I wish i could leave zero Stars, Period. I’ve been here multiple times, and never walked away with a good experience. I’ve had the staff short me over a dollar worth of change, to-go orders take twice as long as if I sat in the restaurant, wrong orders, and the latest time they gave me food poisoning. Don’t get me wrong. I like chili’s, but I won’t go back to this branch. It’s worth it to me to drive across town to go to a better location. Also to clarify the picture, that to-go order has been untouched. The picture was taken as it was opened.

All around pretty good. Food is always good and at reasonable price. Staff friendly, but not overly attentive or fast on refills. Chili queso is a must.

We normally enjoy going to chilis. Franchises are very consistent. Today was very disappointing. It started off when the host had to interrupt his conversation with the blonde. He seated us in a booth that was dirty. We looked around and although the restaurant has been recently remodeled the floor was dirty. This should have been our first clue that we were in for one of «those» Sunday afternoons. My wife ordered chicken fajitas and when they brought them to the table the wood protector that the fajitas skillet sits in had nastiness on the bottom of it and when the server sat it on the table it smeared this gross crap all across the table and then she just looked at us and looked at it and had the ho hum attitude of «oh well». The chicken fajita meat was only steamed no grill marks. The guacamole was turning brown. The pico was old and stale. The bottom tortilla had brown grease dripping off of it. And by this time we are thinking oh my gosh we dare not send it back for fear of getting something worse sent back to us. If you know what I mean. My Memphis dry rib ribs were middle of the road. The one bright spot was my 2nd drink from the bar was actually pretty decent. We wont give up on chilis but we won’t be back to this location anytime soon.

We went to this location today, with a party of 8 people. We were brought DIRTYCUPS! My cup actually had gum stuck to the top of it! When we complained to the manager, he argued with me that our cups were not dirty that it was just the water that breaks down the plastic in the cups making them feel filmy on the inside and that it was not gum on my cup but actually melted plastic… excuse me? they were dirty! Then we had 2 orders of the adult chicken crispers and an order of kids crispers, when they brought us our food the chicken was actually SLIMY!!! every single piece was slimy… When I told the waiter I made him feel it and he looked like we did DISGUSTED! When the manager came back for the second time, he refused to feel it and told me how I was wrong it was no bad chicken that the batter makes the chicken slimy!!! I have eaten at chilis a lot in my life, I used to work at the other location in town and never ever has that chicken ever once been slimy! This place is disgusting and obviously the manager thinks it is okay to serve rotten chicken to not only innocent adults but to children as well. We was a complete jerk and I had to get really upset for him to even comp one of the chicken dinners off of our ticket. We will never again to back to this place!

Great food. I always enjoy the Baby Back Ribs and the Paradise Pie. The service is generally great. If you go during peak dinner hours on the weekend you’re almost guaranteed to have to wait 15 – 20 mins. The Carside-to-Go is great service if you want to eat at home. They pack the food in such a way that it’s still hot when you get home to eat it.

Can’t beat the service and food. Two thumbs up in my book!
