Mudbugs

On a pleasant early summer night my parents and I decided to go out and try a place in Alvin that seems to be packed! We arrived at 730pm which seemed like it was a steady busy. Not super busy. Since it was our first time we went inside where they told us to go have a seat and someone will come and take our order. We waited 15 mins. Multiple waitresses passed us, until my father finally went to flag down a waitress. She apologized said that she thought that someone had taken our order. No biggie. It happens. We ordered 6 lbs of crawfish, with corn and sausage.
50 minutes later… (While everyone else looks like they’re enjoying their food)
Out comes our food. Was it worth the wait? Meh. Perhaps because I was starving by the time we got our food it tasted pretty good. Decent spice and flavor, but I’ve had better. I will probably give this place another shot. Because of the atmosphere. It has live music, outdoor seating, BYOB. Great for groups!

Great crawfish, good size, good heat, great service! Waitress was quick and very helpful… I boil a lot of crawfish at home, so I can’t give 5 stars (cuz we all think ours is the best!). :)
I’ll be back for sure!!!
