I came here today about 8:30 in the morning, planning on dropping of my Stihl trimmer, and waiting to pick it up sometime next week. From the second I stepped into the store, «Mike» was on top of it. He greeted me, asked me what I the problem was, listened to me, and then explained what he thought was wrong. Then, surprisingly, he asked me if I had a few minutes so they can tackle it right then and there. I said, «sure.» About 25 minutes later, he came back with it repaired, and even took the time to explain to me how to «properly» start it (I believe I was doing it wrong, thus leading to the damage). Great service!

Used to be my go to for parts. Progressively the good to bad customer service. In the past I would call and they would be eager to find a part and order it, now they won’t even offer.
