Pizza Hut

They are consistently 30+ minutes late with their deliveries. If you call to check on your order they deny, argue, blame their website, lie about the status of your order, etc. I don’t expect gourmet pizza here but I do expect on-​time delivery and at least mediocre service. Their service is abysmal. If they can’t facilitate taking online orders and delivering as promised they should stop taking online orders. With the multiple pizza delivery options out here now that are all similarly priced and of similar quality, customer service is what sets a place apart from its competition. This is the third time I’ve ordered and had delivery timing issues called and been given a run around. I should have checked Google reviews which specifically call out customer service issues for quite some time. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Huge fan of this Pizza Hut! We order every Friday, it’s always good, usually on time (we order online) and always fresh. I’ve never been inside this location, it’s located in a strip mall so it seems like it would be small on the inside, but again I don’t know.
