We ordered at this location tonight. My wife ordered a special with breadsticks. After checking out we didn’t receive the breadsticks. When she asked for them they charged her for a full order and we had to wait. When returning to pick them up and asking for a refund she was told no. She then showed them the coupon that she originally ordered. The manager said since the order was already in the computer there was nothing that could be done. Totally ridiculous and poor customer service for the 100% satisfaction guarantee.
