I’ve been to this place twice to reserve a truck and the staff there is very helpful. However I do warn that the wait times can be a bit long so I recommend going there early to reserve a truck (it can be done online too!)
It can get busy at times since the staffing is very limited, but they are helpful for any questions than you need.
