I have lived in Tiffany Oaks for 3 years. I have had issues with my AC unit for the last year, the other night my AC went out in my apartment after business hours. They informed me that I would have to wait until the next day to get it fixed. At that time it was 85 degrees in my apartment. I informed them that they could either call of Ferran or I would call every news station in Florida. My lease is up in December, I hope these last few month fly by.

High rent, ever changing staff, and they’re letting anyone in to meet that quota. You are frankly paying for location but is not worth it. Oh yeah did I mention they have bats? bats that can’t be removed but once or twice a year because they’re protected, so good luck if you get an apartment near the trees.

Tiffany Please! Tiffany oaks is a very nice community that we looked at when we were planning our big move back to Florida. It is a beautiful complex near the altamonte mall, and though we didn’t end up moving there(too far from work) we kind of wished we had. The Good: Location, Location Location: It is right near Altamonte Mall and across the street from the local park. There’s a lot within walking distance, and it’s pretty close to the highway. Prices: A nice 2⁄2 will run you about $ 800-$ 900 a month. A real steal if you ask me! The Bad: Little floorplans: Honestly, the 2⁄2 we saw was very nice, BUT it was really small, and we would have had to squeeze in thier pretty tightly if we had wanted to move in. Overall, Tiffany oaks was a great place and if it was closer to the Kissimmee area, my family and I would have totally moved in. Oh, well. Overall8.9/10 =Terrific Tiffany Oaks
