This store will SCAM you. Lie to you about your bill and will have their employees tell you anything to get sale. This business shouldn’t be allowed in that closet space they have in the mall. There has been no response from management or any attempt to make things right. Once you pay, your done. STAY AWAY from these thieves… Would give 0 stars

Extremely happy with my experience today. It was time to upgrade to the iPhone 6s, which I assumed was going to be expensive. Didn’t have to put anything down and it’s only $ 22 a month! Omar was extremely helpful and it only took about an hour for the process, which is probably the shortest amount of time I’ve waited.

I have been in this store several times over the last month. It was necessary to stagger the upgrades of the phones I have on my plan (for various personal reasons). I dealt with Graham almost all of the times I was there, and he was very helpful. On the last phone upgrade, I had an issue because they were out of stock on the phone I wanted, and it had to be ordered. There were some big problems with actually getting the phone, but the people I dealt with for that issue (Ryan, Omar, and the manager Jason) were all very helpful. Jason went out of his way to make the situation easier for me, and helped out to resolve the problem that was becoming increasingly difficult to resolve. None of the problems I had were the fault of this store or it’s employees. They only helped get them fixed. I was very appreciative of their help!

Terrible… don’t go here! Told me I would get a discount on a new phone then after I got it said I lied! Would never go here again and tell everyone I know to avoid it.
If you want a good sprint store try the one in Sanford. They actually know what they’re doing.
