I don’t ever give reviews, let alone negative reviews, but after the weekend I’ve had dealing with the worst haircut of my life I decided if I can save someone from what I went through it would be worth it. Erica needs serious training. The warning signs were all there but I decided to ignore them. My mistake, won’t happen again. My hair looks like someone hacked it with a dull razor. There are literally holes in the back of my head.
I will say that everyone working at this salon seemed very nice. I asked if someone else could fix my hair and they did set an appointment up with another stylist. But after I thought about it I decided I’m not taking any chances.

I had my hair cut by Leigh last Sunday. I have never had a better haircut! Honestly… when i got there I had cult length hair that had not been touched for 3 years. It was pretty bad. I kinda knew what i wanted but not so much (I‘m not the best with personal grooming), but that did not faze her. She went into that mess and VERY quickly, which was another major plus for me, cut my hair into this adorably manageable pretty little thing! I‘m for sure going back !

I just got my hair cut by Erica and I love it. Erica is super nice and was very open to looking at a few pictures I have of similar haircuts I was aiming for. She delivered. I was in and out within 30 minutes, which I found surprising as I cut of half of my hair. She cut, dried, and styled my hair all in this time.
The salon has a family vibe to it, not a chain type of feel, which I love as well. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been dying to try this salon for a while and then I meet the owner and she was so nice that she gave me a coupon for her salon. I was so excited I went home and made aponment with Train. I told the stylist that my hair is really curly so I went in to get my cut and blow dried and highlighted. He was so arrogant. I showed him 2 pictures but he never followed the picture and my colors came out all wrong and when I tried to tell him I didn’t like it he wouldn’t listen to me and he refused to fix it and my haircut was so bad he has no idea how to cut curly hair. I wish I had never got my haircut by Train because it has taken me months to get my hair back the way I like it. It is sad because I liked the look of salon and it was really close to my condo. The price wasn’t bad but I don’t want to go back. I like to feel comfortable in a good environment when I’m getting my hair done.

This Salon is my favorite!!! Christa is the best stylist I have ever had my hair made fabulous by! & Leigh gave me perfect eyebrows to compliment my awesome new hair! 5+ Stars for sure! & I am so excited I’ll be getting my nails done there soon after seeing how hott their nail tech made Christa’s nails!!!
If you are considering giving them a try, YES, go get fabulous there!!! They’ve earned me as a client 100% as soon as I got there they offered me a drink, it’s a very comfortable setting and Christa asked me all of the perfect Qs to give me exactly my dream hair! & I sensed she was so passionate & her hair is beautiful, so I told her I wanted to do something new & vibrant I’d been scared to try, and she had great recommendations & brought out color samples for us to pick my dream COPPER hair to accent my Dark brown natural color. I’d wanted COPPER for 5 years now but hadn’t met any one I trusted enough to do it. In 5 mins, I knew Christa could get my dream colour for me!
Here’s how I tried Rock, Paper, Scissors: (& I wish I had as soon as they opened now)
I had been going to a High End salon in Winter Park for the past two years. On Saturday I got to that salon in winter park for my dye apt. @ 5. by 5:45 they hadn’t started on my hair and the managers were telling me they didn’t have the time to foil my long hair that I had to come back the next week, when they had booked me for dye at 5!!! I was furious. I pulled up Unilocal and got the # for rock paper scissors & called right there while sitting in this other salons chair. Thank goodness they were open on Sunday and Christa ASKED ME WHAT TIME WORKED BEST FOR ME! I was so ecstatic to find a nice and professional salon that could get me in last minute.
It was like chilling at a friends house, their salon is so relaxing. Christa helped me pick my perfect COPPER colour and even let me look at it after it was washed, and asked did I want it more vibrant, and I trusted her so I said I’d love to have a new fresh look, so let’s go vibrant! So, Christa added more and took the time to give me that perfect shade I want for Fall.
Leigh waxed My eyebrows while we waited on my hair. I have thick eyebrows and she asked me exactly how I wanted them, and they turned out perfect and with the best arch for my face shape!
After my hair was completed, Christa took her own time to curl my hair even though I didn’t schedule a styling after my colour. She curled it beautifully and even took pictures of it for me! I can’t tell you enough, support this local salon and you will be blown away with their customer service and talent!!!

Awesome Salon! They are open on a Sunday! Seriously! With my schedule it is hard to get time on a Saturday to get my hair done. My stylist was Christa. She was amazing. We talked about what I wanted and what would work for my skin tone and my hair. Bad news. The fantasy colors I wanted do not cover grey. She showed me different options and now my hair is a beautiful purplish black. She also recommended that if I wanted an extra pop, she could do highlights of the fantasy purple. Next visit for sure!
The prices were very reasonable and what I liked is that there were no surprises. They even have a «length» guide so you know what the charge will be for your hair.

Had to check this place out, especially with a name like that. I was able to an appointment for the same day which was nice. I just did a cut. The stylist was knowledgable and provided suggestions for things I might want to do in the future (highlights?).
I liked the charm of the place. They do hair and nails. Fairly reasonably priced I felt too.

Had been wanting to try this salon for a while because it is very close to my home. Finally made it today and was not disappointed. Laura gave me a beautiful cut, color touch up and partial highlights. I’ve already made an appointment for a return visit next month. Thanks Rock Paper Scissors! You guys are great!

First time to this salon and it’s a keeper. Christa was my hairdresser and live her! She asked what I wanted gave suggestions and explained as she did my thin hair. Loved how it turned out As I plan on returning here to her. Clean and friendly place.
