Honestly in town for a little bit and was craving Chinese food in my Hotel room. Not gonna lie when I first ordered on the phone it was slightly confusing because of the thick accent the person working but they were very polite and repeated themselves. The food honestly got here pretty quick within 20 to 25 minutes, The lady was very nice and courteous and they took card right at the door with her card swiping machine. The food was pretty good, it was good portions and it tasted well and it tasted fresh so I can’t complain the only reason it wasn’t a five was because it was nothing too special to brag about but overall it was really good and for a great price ! I’ll definitely be ordering from them again if I’m back in this area !

This place really sucks. The women cashier/delivery driver is rude. And also ive witnessed them reheat orders that people didnt come get so they serve it over. And also it is always hot inside their establishnent. Not worth buying.

I have tried a few different lunch specials from here(Orange chicken, house special lo mein, general Tao, sesame) always with hot and sour soup. It is your basic strip mall Chinese food, no better or worse than any other really. But it’s still at a fair price($ 5.55-$ 5.75) whereas I have noticed other places starting to raise their prices without raising the quality.

Our driver arrived Too late 20 min after stated time of 45 min for delivery 2 miles away from restaurant to house. Had 3 shrimp dishes and 1 scallop dish Each was supposed to a different dish They all tasted the SAME. Unimpressive food. Unilocal reviews need to be more accurate

Amazing food. I love when places claim to be «New York style» because they never are, but this really is New York style Chinese food. I lived in China Town Queens(Flushing, Queens) for years and this is just like the food my dad and I would get from the corner hole in the wall. I feel like I just stepped off the 7 train and grabbed food on my way home from work. I have come here 100 times before and I’ll be back 100 more times.

There are plenty of places in the Orlando area that claim to have New York style Chinese food, but this is the only one I’ve tried so far that comes close. Everything I’ve tried tastes just like it does back home. Be careful if you order delivery though. They average about 45 minutes to an hour delivery time and they’ve recently started to quietly charge an unadvertised delivery fee; There’s no mention of it on their menu and they won’t tell you about it unless you ask or check the receipt after the fact.

I’m surprised to see such a low rating for this place maybe I’ve just been lucky. This is the best Chinese restaurant I’ve eaten from here in Central FL. I just moved recently from Queens, NY so I’m no stranger to good Chinese. This place is very solid. Everything I’ve ordered has been top notch. The dumplings aren’t so great. I have yet to find dumplings like the ones back home. I’m not expecting anything to be Chinatown good but I’m certainly not an overly tough critic. I really would give this place 4.5 stars if I could. King’s Wok in Longwood is the best competition for this place that I’ve come across so far. I toggle between Golden City and King’s wok as my favorites but I haven’t tried as many menu items from King’s Wok yet. This is my go to Chinese place.

I am a fan. Came here for lunch on a Thursday night. Looking for a go to place in the area for orange chicken. This place was delicious and nice portion for the $ 10. Kind of far for neighborhood Chinese from my house, but it will be a place I look for if I happen to be in the area.

Visiting my folks for the holidays, we looked for a local chinese food place. This place makes their stuff New York style. I have lived in San Francisco for 9 of the last 12 years(the other 3 being in Los Angeles) and have many family chinese meals, have had chinese food from numerous(dozens of?) places in San Francisco and LA, including SF’s legendary Chinatown. While the prices here were steep for Central Florida(more expensive than the prices in SF for for sure, and it’s the second most expensive city in the US!), my wife and I were surprised at how damn good the food was here, overall. My wife, who is an Orange Chicken($ 10+ I think) fanatic, has been saying how it’s some of the best she’s ever had the past two days. The orange zest flavor is very apparent, but not overpowering. It reminded me of places that consider itself Szechuan style in Cali… maybe that’s NY style? Not sure. Just noticed the similarities. She is also a huge, huge fan of its pan-fried dumplings. And so am I!(there are pure Dumpling places in SF, and this appetizer is better than any of those entrees!). The sauce they serve with it tastes like a garlic based soy sauce, but I’m not sure. Either way, it’s amazing. If it was sold, we would buy it that’s for sure. I am a huge Mongolian Beef fan myself so that’s what I got — extra spciey. I personally have a love-hate relationship with this place’s Mongolian Beef. On the one hand, its flavor and spice is AMAZING. It tasted awesomely fresh — the sauce is awesome and the Onions were cooked better than pretty much any restaurant, high-end or low-end, that I’ve ever had. My one HUGE gripe, and it’s HUGE, is that it was 80% onions and 20% beef. And that’s being nice. It might’ve been closer to 90% onions. And this was for a $ 9+ dish. I don’t think I’ve ever paid more than $ 7.90 in SF. I also got a hot & sour soup, and I have to say it was mediocre. The taste was almost there, but overall it felt oily and just didn’t hit the spot compared to the great ones I’ve had in home-cooked Hot & Sour soup back in California or some of the various restaurants. No place can nail everything on the menu perfectly, especially soups, so I want to forgive them on this one — thus, I won’t penalize. Overall, if the mongolian beef was more beef than onion or at least a much better ratio, I would probably give this place a full five stars –it’s the tasty. But I got a(n amazing) «mongolian onion» dish than a mongolian beef dish. Considering the prices, the 80% onions vs 20% beef makes me want to give this place 3 ½ stars. That one thing was such a huge letdown, even considering the taste which is amazing. But I can’t. It’s certainly not a 3 star place, so I am a giving it four. The service was pretty darn slow(wasted 25 minutes?), but I can deal with slow service if the quality of the product makes up for it. Plus, they were definitely crazy slammed — possibly because it was raining pretty good outside and I know places like this get more business during bad weatehr.

Slow service, slow delivery(the driver brings a credit card machine to the door, making the transaction last more than 5 minutes), rather steep prices, and barely acceptable food that caused a less-than-desirable digestive reaction afterward. I will not be back!

Still yummy, still tasty, top notch«fast food» style Chinese food. Have ordered several times since posting my review and had ordered for years and years prior to that. Spicy Kung Pao Shrimp lunch special is still awesome with substantial shrimp and the Lo Mien is a fav of the hubbys. One quick tip: Have your order organized well prior to calling. The process is quick, so if you haven’t made a strong mental note(Steamed rice) to verbally request something(Steamed rice) you might end up with something else(Fried rice). Esp. with the lunch specials, the staff is super quick on and off the phones! Otherwise, orders are always as requested and dish ingredient variances/changes/omissions are always happily accommodated. This is a little take out place tucked into a strip shopping center at Montgomery Rd and 436 in Altamonte Springs– next to the Lens Crafters.

I like the service, the food and its basically, for now, the only chinese restaurant that I visit when I’m in a hurry and dont want to cook, usually we have the take out, we call, they tell you approximately how long will take so you know exactly when to go. I usually have the Pepper Steak but one day I wanted some Pepper Chicken and even when they dont have it in the Menu they prepare it for me… that’s why I’m a fan :)
