Terribly unprofessional and unprepared. Left the garage door in worse shape than when they arrived.
After taking pieces out and saying that he needed another part and to call their office to schedule, I get the runaround from their office and no calls back to explain what’s going on. He didn’t want to fix it because he was «scared» of the tension on the springs.
That’s one of the major parts of a garage door are high tension springs!
Don’t even consider doing business with them. They’ll be quick to show up, collect their $ 29 service fee and do approximately nothing while hiding from your calls.

I called this company after diagnosing the garage door issue myself and looking up repair prices on the Internet. I told them exactly what the issue was and got a breakdown of the price for parts and labor. They also said they would apply the coupon on their website.
After their repair guy showed up, I was told a price that was almost twice what I was quoted on the phone. Luckily I checked before he started any work. I told him that wasn’t what was quoted so he then called his boss. Over the next 15 minutes they tried to haggle and «meet in the middle». I refused and said I’d only agree to what I was quoted on the phone. They became unprofessional but still had the gall to try to collect their service fee. Fortunately I did not need my car right away and was able to refuse this pricing switch.
