I always used to joke «I’ve never met a pizza i didnt like» until i had a sicilian from here. I LOVE pizza. This tasted worse than store bought frozen pizza it took over an hour to get to my house and it was cold on top of it all. I used to live in the wekiva Springs area and dine in all the time. all I remember was service being god awful every single time I went in. looks like nothing has really changed. the chocolate cake is divine though

We’ve lived in the area for 3 year and occasionally stopped into Broadway’s for dinner. Tonight we tried their Delux Pizza. We’ll, it was an o.k. pie with not much special or delux about it. Our waitress was less than attentive commenting that she couldn’t take my statement of doubling my drink order just before the end of happy hour as serious; therefore she only brought us one drink each. My response was well I guess we’ll miss out on the free drink, she responded the drinks aren’t buy one get one free. The drinks are just half off. So i commented to her so if the drinks are normally $ 6, and you can buy one drink for $ 3, isn’t that like getting one drink for free? Her response was classic, she stated no because your paying for both??? If you want a really good pie with an educated wait staff, try Pappa Joe’s Pizza just down the road. We love their pizza pie.

I moved back home to CT and I seriously miss this place. Awesome pizza, great atmosphere. As they serve anyone and everyone until 4am and treat you nice (even if you’re there a little mouthy with friends after a night out). Probably gonna stop here when I make my way to visit FL soon!

I normally like this place, but recently went there and had a terrible time. The food took forever to get here. The pizza, which was an extra large, was pretty shoddy and lukewarm. Dominos and Pizza Hut have been better lately than this must-​avoid-​like-​the-​plague pizzeria.

The place is nice and friendly. We order chicken wings and pizza. Order the bone in chicken wings… they are better than the boneless. The pizza was okay… cheese was tasteless and the crust was hard. The service was great however the food was so-​so.

Broadway Pizzeria has a service standard that is far below to that of most restaurants in the area. Maybe I am used to the amazing hospitality that we have here in Orlando, a city of Tourism, but Broadway service is RUDE, short tempered and unwilling to accommodate their guests. What a disappointment !!!
I may understand an unqualified server or a rude waitress, but when both manager and waitress behave in the same unkind way… well…
…stay away.

I normally love love this place. Today we went to Broadway to celebrate a family members birthday. To our surprise the menu changed little many great items were removed. I like loved the sausage and peppers. I asked if they can make sausage and pasta I was told they no longer have sausage in stock… My family raved of their Sicilian pizza I ordered it. Very dry hardly any sauce. I asked for a side of sauce was told there was a charge, the waitress brought out this tiny container of sauce, it felt cold I sent it back. very disappointed in their changes… Will seek a new place…

I work nights and one of the best things I love is that Broadway delivers and they are open until 2… but apparently. when it comes to Broadway Altamonte… you get put on hold because after 1:45…it is pick up only even though I had my usual $ 40 order…10 year customer… very disappointed…

Poor customer service. Ordered the spicy chicken Alfredo which is supposed to be breaded and fried chicken dipped in hot sauce over alfredo. Had it delivered. The chicken was neither breaded nor was there any hot sauce. Called and complained and there options for us was to call corporate and chase down a refund or wait an hour for a new one. Not only that, they asked for the original one back. Will never order from here again. I understand mistakes happen, but there was no effort to fix the mistakes that were made and try to make the customer happy.

Best new York style pizza in Florida. The wings are amazing too! The service really depends on what day you go but it’s usually good. I love that they deliver to really late cause no one else in the area does. They’re open till 2am Mon-​Thurs. 4am Fri-​Sun! The one on 436 in Orlando rocks too!

The pizza was good. But that’s not why I’m writing this review.
The service was AWFUL. It was our first time there and we felt like total outcasts. Apparently our server’s other two tables were regulars because she was talking to them while giving us our drinks. She even pulled up a chair and sat down with one of the tables. It felt like we were in the way of her having social hour. She huffed when we asked for a to go box. Needless to say we will not be going back.

The only good thing about this place is its open late, the pizza is mediocre at best, not much flavor and the crust is dry and awful. Staff wasn’t friendly and food was pretty over priced. I guess that’s what you get for getting pizza at 1AM.

Update on my 4 month ago review. I’m embarrassed to say we still occasionally order from this place, despite NEVER receiving our money back or any kind of credit. If the food tasted like the customer service I would never come within 100 ft of this place, but unfortunately the wings and pizza are da bomb. DO NOT order online.

Always great!
We were in with about a party of 15 on monday to have dinner before I headed back to LA. It’s one of my favorite pizza joints in Orlando. The service was good, and that says a lot because he was able to deal with my entire family barking orders throughout the meal! Food was on point and consistent as always!

Right now, I am having some of the worst service ever. I literally see the waitress chewing gum at the kitchen counter while everyone at my table is needing refills. Our food thus far is taking more than 45 minutes.

Let me tell you about the exciting adventure I had at Broadway! This treasure of a restaurant was easy to find, just had to follow my nose for the garlic buttery goodness. I embarked on this journey midday and talk about a large pirates booty of lunch portions. Megan, the waitress/​gatekeeper to the golden nuggets they call Broadway bites, provided outstanding service and made the experience a pleasure. So grab your Indiana Jones hat and jump in!

Can’t believe the reviews for this place are not stellar — I have so many great memories at Broadway. Everything here is killer — great pizza as well as other menu items like fish n chips, chicken fingers and so on. They also have great drink prices and are open till 4am on certain nights, what else can you ask for?
