Bake Me A Cake

Bake Me A Cake really did a wonderful job on my husbands 40^th birthday cake. It was a simple request of a black fondant cake with white «40» on the top. I say simple because of you go to her website you will see all the intricate cakes… so asking for a plain cake was almost an insult because they make beautiful cakes. The cake was not only beautiful but delicious. I ordered rum flavor with vanilla icing and it was so soft, moist and sweet. I can’t speak highly enough of their customer service and quality of cake and I want to thank everyone from Bake Me a Cake for making my husbands birthday so wonderful!
One note for anyone who might be interested… they are open by appointment only so make sure you call and set up a time. They are in an easy to find building near the Home Depot in Altamonte and have a pink roof.

The most gorgeous cakes you will ever lay eyes on! Mercedes Strachwsky is truly an artist. The bakery will make pretty much any cake you wish, and they deliver a masterpiece each time. I’ve had many birthday cakes done by Bake Me a Cake and the guests always say the cake is too pretty to eat! They taste very good too! They also do special order pastries. I recommend the brownie balls. They are to die for!
