Drove by a couple days ago and there was a huge CLOSED sign in the parking lot. Sad. :(

The sandwiches are okay, but the homemade foods are yummy. My favorites are the corned beef knish and the kugel. They offer a huge menu that will satisfy everyone. The prices are a little high for lunch, but you get plenty of food. Service is friendly, professional, and prompt. Amira’s offers comfort food, a nice alternative to the common fast food places.

I miss Amiras as I now live in Hawaii. It is the best kosher deli’s in the Orlando area. One of my favorites is their homemade chicken salad and their ruben is pretty darn good to. They also have daily specials that can be really good. Not sure if Kenny the waiter still works there but he is the best and alot of fun! I just wish we had a Kosher deli in Hawaii as good as Amiras!!! Miss ya Kenny!

The food is pretty good the sandwich I had was not bad but not the best, I had the Corn beef with Pastrami(double meat) and it was good but the bread was kind of hard at the end. The potato salad was excellent but my favorite out of everything was the black and white cookie witch is a giant cookie home made. Service was good because it was almost empty.

The best deli I’ve been to in Central Fla. This is the only true New York style Jewish deli I’ve seen in the Orlando Metropolitan area. There could be another one out there, but I haven’t found it. Amira’s never disappoints. I have been there many many times since I first tried it a year ago and keep coming back. So I know what I’m talking about. It is the #1 place to go indisputably to get the best corned beef/pastrami sandwich. I’ve tried Jason’s Deli«New York Yankee,» TooJay’s rendition on the corned beef/pastrami, and Crisper’s weak attempt at replicating the sandwich and no one has come close to perfecting the New York classic except Amira’s. The meat is incredibly high quality, juicy, and tasty. It can be served on wheat, challah, or rye breads. I’ve tried them all and they’re all great. I’ve also had the Roast Beef and turkey sandwiches and they are delicious in their own rights. They offer the Manhattan, which is 1 and a quarter pound of any meat you want in a sandwich with 2 sides and if you finish it all without sharing, you get a trophy and your picture on the wall. I accomplished this feat proudly and have the trophy at home. The side dishes are incredible. From the perfectly crafted potato salad to the homemade knishes. For dessert, they have typical Jewish deli desserts with the exception of babkas. They have elephant ears and black and white cookies which are both homemade and taste just excellent. The people there are very friendly and always have the news on in case you’re behind on today’s biased dribble. They start you off with pickles and radishes and from then on it’s a high quality taste cyclone that the true deli afficionado will appreciate. Their menu is vast, so try everything. I also tried some of the falafel pita sandwich and it was transcendental for this area. Also, the tabouleh and hummus are among some of the best out there.
