The Clean Vape

Fantastic juice. Can’t confirm IRL location either but they sell online and it is high quality stuff. They’re backed by results from reputable labs confirming their claims about chemical content. Clean juice, good flavor. Not cheap but you pay for quality I suppose. I submitted an order January 16 and it took a while (2 weeks) to arrive. The owner messaged to explain there had been some internal delays. I think these are just normal growing pains for a relatively new business.

I cant say much about the shop since Ive never been but they sell e-​liquid online «supposedly». i say supposedly because I dont know if they really do. I tried placing an order to try their stuff, their website didnt work. I emailed them explaining there were issues. They had no idea and emailed me back saying it was fixed. I placed an order and then waited… and waited… and waited… and waited. after a week I emailed them asking what the hold up was. They replied saying they had a rush of orders and mine would go out that day. I found this weird since their website was broken and you couldnt even take orders until I notified them. How could they have been so busy if you couldnt even place an order? oh well. I figured Id take their word for it. I then waited… and waited more. still nothing. I finally decided «to hell with it» my order was never going to be processed and shipped. Even if i did wait longer and got my «sample pack» would I have to wait this long every time? I sure as hell wouldnt want to keep buying from a company that takes 2 – 3 weeks to ship anything.
I then found it strange that «nobody» has posted a single Unilocal review.
their facebook page hasnt been updated in over a year
their twitter feed hasnt been touched in over a year
their instagram feed hasnt been updated in over a year.
Everything taken into consideration, it doesnt seem like a business that wants to do any business. I dont know if its a scam, superduper busy company (unlikely since nobody has heard of them and no Unilocal reviews. plus if you search for e liquid reviews, theyre all a year old) or they just arent really interested in making money.
At this point I’m waiting for a refund. I may have to contact my credit card company.
*UPDATE. I do in fact have to dispute the charges on my credit card. It appears Im getting played or this is simply a very incompetent company.
