They didn’t charge more than their ‘estimate’ even though there was more work.
Job is outstanding and even the most ‘critical’ neighbors stopped by to compliment us on the Halpin job.

PETE, TIM AND CO. are simply THE BEST!!! My wife and I considered a number of concrete contractors for a very complex hardscaping at our South Pasadena home and thank god we hired Halpin Bros. These guys are not only masters of concrete, they proposed some very cool design elements to our backyard that neither our landscape architect nor our designer thought of! Peter Halpin has a second calling as an architect and designer, they have done so many high end jobs in the San Gabriel Valley, they not only produce the highest quality install — on budget and within your time constraints — they take such a personal interest in your project to propose some great concepts you may never have thought of. Kudos to the Halpin team for making our home a stunner!!!
