The first time I came here it was a good experience. The hair was of good quality and I got a few years of use out of it. However, that was 3 years ago and I cannot say the same thing now. This time the hair was so thin my stylist asked where I got it. In addition, in less than a week it began to become matted! I will never return.

Please do not go here!!! Please go to Pauline’s Human Hair instead, they have various locations throughout LA. At 3H, I have had the absolute worst experience of my entire life. The hair they sell looks amazing. But after you take it home and put it on your head the nightmare begins. With just lightly combing it my entire sink and floor was covered with hair. Every time I lightly brush it I have to vacuum. The hair gets horribly matted up, barely able to run a comb or brush through it. Two different hair dressers confirmed it is really really really bad hair. I know this happens a lot because they are cash only and have signs everywhere that say «no refunds and no returns.» I also no there are many other victims who have lost money because when I went to complain the owner was very defensive and accused me of using the wrong chemicals. I only used water and a little coconut oil. Coconut oil is so harmless you can eat it! When I asked for their phone number to follow up, and left the store he immediately blocked my number!!! Please please do not go here, plenty of other quality places. I lost over $ 200 and I want to save the world from loosing money. I will post photos, and post other places you can go to get hair in another post. I’m also doing whatever else I can to see they go out of business. They’ve been screwing people over for months!

I bought the hair here barely a year ago and it didn’t last. I know they claim the hair will last 2years+ but there’s no way. I went by because the hair was dry and shedding everywhere to let him know and suddenly he knew «nothing» about hair. He asked for a sample so he could show his boss so they could replace the hair and I NEVER heard from him again. The LA Branch contacted me and had me drive all the way out there and said they would call me when they had a hair show and provide me with hair. AGAIN, never happened. So much for customer service and keeping your word. Once I get my replacement hair, I will change this review. Until then, I don’t suggest purchasing here at all.

So if your looking for quality human hair with little to no shedding than this is your place.
Generally speaking I’m not the hugest fan of weaves BUT its a great protective style so long as you take care your hair underneath. That means you need quality stuff. Bobbi Boss and other pack hair is fine if your keeping it in for a short time. But if your looking for hair to last long term, I would suggest coming here. The hair here is great quality and will last more than a one time use. AND it doesn’t matte-​up creating a helmet of hair over your natural locks.
Now the pricing here isn’t the cheapest around BUT they provide great weave deals compared to other high-​end weave sellers. For example for every 4oz bundle you buy you get the second ½ off! Like seriously thats a deal! And if you pay in cash theres no taxes added. WOOT ANOTHER SCORE!
All the hair in my opinion is of nice quality and dyes very well. My beautician raves about this place and she dyes and frys all types of weaves.
