I went to Integrity because I had two old computers that were not working. Mario quickly diagnosed the problems and let me know what would be required to fix them. When I realized that one of the computers was over 15 years old he generously offered to wipe the hard drive for me and recycle it if I would like. I took him up on the offer and he wiped the hard drive for $ 20. I took the computer home. I probably should have just let him recycle it. Now it is gathering dust! However, I have nothing but great things to say about Mario. He is honest and hard working!

Seemed like a great price to get my laptop fixed. It has been over a month after being told a week turn around time and I finally got the phone call that I can pick it up but they never solved the problem and still want to charge me. Not to mention each time I have tried to go in they are always closed even though it is during the stated business hours. I tried to get my laptop and they were closed and this was in the middle of the day! I am not going to pay the $ 59 charge and will take them to court if needed because they are very unprofessional and do not complete anything.
EDIT: I picked up the laptop today in more pieces than I dropped it off in. No attempt was made at repairing the issue I dropped it off with. It has never been repaired so any damage was done by the technicians at this scam of a shop. They delete negative comments and block negative comments on their facebook page. I am reporting this to what ever higher powers may be in an attempt to shut this scam of a business down.

I found that the service and price was very good and the work was completed as promise.
