When I walk into this store, I am blown away with excellent customer service. Their displayed cakes are so creative and organized! I can no longer go to any other place to get my cravings fulfilled! Absolutely love it here!

Absolute bullcrap. I ordered the Nutty Coconut flavor today. I took a couple of bites at first, and it was fine, but little did I know that there was literally black mold inside! The guy gave me a new one, but if course I got a different flavor. A message to the managers: Make sure your ice cream isn’t infested before selling it

Always delicious ice cream with flavors changing monthly. My favorite Chocolate Moose Royal. Servers always friendly and encouraging a free tasting or three. Coupons abundant if you keep your eyes out. Toppings for sundaes many flavors.

I am so thankful. I have ordered several custom cakes from this BR. Two weeks ago for my Daughter’s Bday, the cake was perfect by the way, an another for my Son’s BDay. Unfortunately, today something went wrong and at the time I picked up the cake for my Son’s bday the cake appeared to have collapsed. It was too late to have another totally custom cake made and the «official» cake designer was off for the day. However, the girl working was very understanding. Although she was not the official cake decorator, she was willing to recreate (or attempt to) what I had ordered. The «new» cake was perfect. Thank you BR for not letting me or my son down.

Been here many times… The staff here is great! Each time I’ve been here the staff is very helpful and nice! Megan is awesome! Today Megan and her fellow BR team member told me about a coupon special they had. They had coupons by their register. Buy a cone get another for 99 cents with the coupon. I got a cone and I have ice cream for later! Yay!!! This BR is great!!! Thumbs up! :)

I’ve been to other ice cream establishments that serve up bad attitudes along with their ice cream.
This place just serves up yummy ice cream and other delicious treats with a smile. We will certainly be returning again and again in the future!

Excellent ice cream store! The store is centrally located, it is very clean, the employees are very friendly, and ice cream is well stocked. I ordered a cake for Valentine’s and it was decorated beautifully, my wife loved it! It was fresh and very yummy! My kids got the nicely decorated and variety of clown cones, we got prepacks to go, and cake bites for Valentines. The employees are smiling all the time, very enthusiastic, and they give free flavor of the month! FREE ice cream! I will definitley go back to this ice store again!
