I have always found Alpine Rentals to be fair and responsive. They do not always have the most recent equipment but they maintain it and have been responsive with any problems I had in 4 years of renting from them while I rehabbed a house in Alpine.

This place sucks ! Safety is not a concern for them! They rented me a trailer with no tail lights. Couldn’t tow what I wanted to because it was night time. Took the trailer back and complained, asked for a refund and was denied! The owner, yes I said owner, told me to ’ F’ off!
Will never go there Again. They take advantage of being the only rental in a small town. Drive a little town the hill to town and rent from someone else.
Btw, they also have another rental in lemon grove.
I boycott both!

Very good experience. Unlike the other reviews, everyone was very friendly and they were even willing to work with us on our return time. Awesome! Will definitely use them again.

HORRIBLE. like the other review written, i don’t know how this place is still in business. Everyone that works there is extremely rude including the owner and his wife kelly. My biggest complaint is ADELLE the woman they have running their business, they chose someone horrible to be there in charge (because they are never there) I rented a jumper and they gave me a deal, which i did appreciate BUT, how rude they are really make me not care about the deal they cut me. I couldn’t get the the jumper back in my car so i kindly called and asked if they could come pick it up, our business is not even A MINUTE AWAY, and ADELLE was rude and said NO without paying a huge fee… DON’T USE ALPINE RENTALS. Trying to support local business was useless, next time, ill spend more money for better customer service.
