Wash me fast

This used to be Katy’s Car Wash by the Target/Kohl’s complex. It used to be my go-​to place for a quality wash. No more.
Wash Me Fast bought them out, raised the prices, lowered the services, and are not very nice to deal with. I had an issue with an impudent employee that treated me rudely. As this was the second time this happened since they took over Katy’s, I raised my concerns to a grey-​haired manager who basically sneered at me and told me that he was not about to deal with my issue. I asked for a refund from my old Katy’s card and was laughed out of the office.
Ok, got it. You can run your business however you want to. There are a lot of places to get a good car wash. Good luck to you guys.
P. S. The tire cleaner is not working. Amazingly, Wash Me Fast’s solution was to give me a packet of Black Jack to take care of it myself. Sheesh.

New owners… SO WHAT, the same people still handle day to day operations, if you dont want other peoples hands in your car and you dont have a whole heap of time, this is THE option.

Like Barry C. I just had my car washed at this facility (formerly Katies car wash). The brushes must have had something in them because they put several scratches in my roof. I brought it to the manager’s attention and she said their equipment didn’t do it and she couldn’t help me. After seeing my complaint, the owner did everything possible to make it right. Couldn’t ask for a better resolution to my concerns. Thanks to Jim for honoring his commitment to his customer.

I just left the car wash, to my horror I saw my trunk lid was badly scratched. I spoke to the manager, she told me no one else was complaining and she can’t help me in any way. My advice is to look at your car well before and after since they will offer no help. Going to this car wash is at your own risk. I certainly will not return.
