Waffle House

Worst service I have ever received in my entire life. The waitress, I believe her name was Shannon, acted like we were bothering her the whole time we were there and then sat in a booth behind us and proceeded to complain about not getting tips. We had to ask at least 3 times just to get water and never received half of the food we ordered. When we asked our waitress for it she just looked even more annoyed and decided to go out and smoke a cigarette instead of bringing us our food. I am a waitress myself and I know for a fact if I ever treated a customer the way Shannon treated us tonight I would not have a job, and I hope her manager reads this and takes action. If it was possible to give 0 stars on my service this evening I would.

Horrible service. Had food before our drinks arrived. Waitress acted like she didn’t care to serve us. She shushed my son Bc he hadn’t gotten his waffle yet. She was too busy eating her own food and texting on her phone.

Ok so I’m not from around here, like at all, I live in California! So when we were in Alpharetta I always saw signs for ‘Waffle House’ everywhere, so one morning the hubby and I decided to check one out. I’ve never been to a Waffle House or knew what to expect. We didn’t know the etiquette so we were kinda just watching to see what others did.
When we got there it was pretty busy, we had to stand around until a table opened up. After a few min of sitting one of the waitresses came to our table & gave us menus and got our drink order. The food came out quick, and it was kind of fun to watch everyone work since most restaurants cook everything ‘behind the scenes’ in the kitchen. The food wasn’t fancy but it’s not suppose to be! The food was great & the servings were decent size. Food was great, prices were great, wish we had some of these out in CA!

Its a waffle house peeps. Food is the same at all of em. This one was pretty clean however, and service was really quick.

Friday nights are the best time to come… after nine!

Went to this Waffle House last night and was happy I did! At 11pm on the 4^th of July it was NOT crowded at all and the service was snappy!
For $ 5 I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich, side of hashbrowns, and a drink! Although the $ 5 deal only includes a soft drink or coffee the waitress happily let me get a LARGE chocolate milk as my drink… yay!
2 meals for 11 bucks is not bad in my book. Love the Waffle House, love this location!
