Never going back to this store. We went in just to ask about the Verizon iPhone 6 promotion that’s all over the news. The kid working there told us it’s a verizon corporate store promo and he has no clue what it’s all about since they’re a retail store (like were are supposed to know the difference between the two). Then we told him we would try the «corporate store» and he said good luck waiting in line there. The kid obviously hates his job. It took him 25 minutes just to ring the girl out in front of us. We left the store with a bad taste in our mouth. Next time I will drive however many miles out of the way to go to a different location.

Nice folks. There are quite a few employees at this location, although getting a new phone (a replacement for an existing account and number with VZ) requires an inordinately long time and an absurd amount of paperwork. I joined the army easier than I got a new phone. I might have volunteered my organs to the corporation, because the ream of paper that I had to sign didn’t get a careful read. WTF, Verizon? It’s a phone, not a sperm sample.
