We bought a Groupon for 6 visits here. We’ve only done 3, that should tell you something…
There’s an employee named, Bonnie, who can’t get off her phone long enough to assist you. We thought she might just be another customer when we showed up for our first visit and had to wait 10 min for another employee to walk up front. Seriously, this Bonnie chick just completely ignored us and continued her personal conversation.
The beds here do the job but they have some age on them. There’s no body fan (only face fan), you can’t cut your face light off (so you get to suffocate under a towel if you don’t want your face tanned.
Fortunately we were slightly familiar with the process because there’s precious little assistance or direction to be had here. This is a decent place to go if you live close but don’t go out of your way. Customer service is iffy (non-​existent if Bonnie’s there), beds are older without features and you absolutely don’t want to visit if you’re a newbie.

Love the location and the prices are the cheapest around, but the customer service SUCKS! I was helped by an older blonde lady named Bonnie who I was told later on was the manager. She was rude, slow, and couldn’t answer any of my questions. She seemed very sarcastic, and when I asked her about the lotions you could tell she Didn’t know what She was talking about. I love this place but when I see that she is working I usually try to avoid her. Also, her skin looks very orange it made me not want to tan in the beds until I found out she was Doing spray tans. I defiantly think the place needs new managment. I have never had a problem with anybody but her and it was enough to make me not want to return.

Ugh!!! Great tanning salon — decent prices — convenient location. One major gripe — the older blonde lady that works there — Bonnie… She moves like she is 100 years old — super slow and super duper rude. She made me feel so uncomfortable the last time she was working. She asked me 100 inappropriate questions. And she is so slow at her job. It’s like rocket science trying to tan. She makes me not want to tan there. On the other hand — the other four girls that I know who have worked there — Cat, Becka, Julie and Sophie are awesome: bubbly, personable, efficient… I have no clue why Touch of Sun would hire this other lady! I even gave Bonnie feed back and she cut me off to tell me that everyone loves her. No ma’am — not everyone… I certainly don’t and don’t want to tan if she’s on duty.
