I’ve been here twice since it’s near my work and came based on a coworker recommendation. Dr. Waylan super nice and knowledgeable. Office staff is really nice and helpful when it came to picking out glasses. They made recommendations on what would be more beneficial insurance wise to use towards contacts or glasses. 2 thumbs up!

Correct me if I’m wrong but within a professional environment, the individuals representing the workplace should be respectful and professional, correct?! Well, you aren’t going to find all that here at suresight eyecare. Each individual female associate working here is a complete b to the h. You want to be able to enter a professional office feeling welcomed and comfortable and know that you are being taken care of. Too bad you won’t find all of that here. Do not bother with this place, trust me… you are definitely better off!

Yes… I wear glasses. And, have been for almost 20 years so an eye doctor is a must. I chose Sure Sight based upon their location to my office and they have not disappointed. They have 2 docs here, I had Chad Ferdon most recently. He is truly a professional, in fact, the whole office is does a pretty damn good job. I’m seen almost immediately and the wait time has always been very minimal. This last visit probably took only 20 minutes total. It was just an annual check-up and they do have all of my info on file but the fact the examination and tests took mere minutes is outstanding. They also have a great selection of frames including a decent selection of sunglasses. I picked out a pair of Costa Del Mar’s there and get comments on them all the time. Not bad, Sure Sight! Prices are about average but the customer service puts this place over the top.

Doctors are great — staff is friendly, efficient, and competent. I love that they accept walk-ins. However the waiting area is small which is uncomfortable when you do have to wait and they do get busy…

LOVE these Doctors. Have never had a problem and my family of 5 all go and at the SAMETIME. They are very efficient, diagnosing me with cysts that need to be removed. Even going so far as to calling and checking to see if I had had the procedure done yet. We have waited maybe 5 – 10 minutes max. our glasses and sunglasses have been ready in less than a week and mine were shipped from Italy! I would probably say that using common sense by going NOTAFTERSCHOOL is a safe bet. We do go every summer and usually make it first thing in the morning and after 6 years. no problems. Have recommended several friends to this practice and so far they have all been pleased as well.

After years of denying that a full day of playing with massive spreadsheets, scattered with breaks of reading and playing on the internet, followed by hours of cross stitching while watching tv, the strain had become so much that I’d developed an eye twitch. Asking around the office, Suresight was recommended for being fast and easy. So I finally called and got an appointment, though I didn’t really need one. I showed up right on time, but there was a guy who’d gotten there 5 minutes before me. Not going to lie, I was a little irked when I ended up waiting 20 minutes before going back… why did I bother to make the appointment if they accept walk-ins and I wait 20 minutes anyway? It was quiet when I went back for my screening. The girl at the desk was efficient, and asked all the righ questions to get me through the insurance quickly. She also did the exam quickly and professionally before seating me in the doctor’s office. Dr. Wayland was very friendly and very relaxed, and for that I can forgive him for being a Georgia grad, since normally I don’t forgive the Georgia grads who made a big deal out of the fact that I’m a girl who went to Tech. He told me that three things cause you to develop an eye twitch: fatigue(check), eye strain(check), and stress(check). I assured him that it was definitely a triple threat in my case, but that I didn’t want the drops that paralyze your eye, since those are for insomniacs. After listening to my issues, he did a quick eye exam with the multiple lenses and reading the letters, and concluded that I needed reading glasses, which I already knew. He was cool and collected, but asked enough questions in rapid fire to make me think that he had ADHD as a child. When I got out of the exam, I understood why. The front of the office was packed! And with kids! Everyone was working quickly and furiously to help everyone, but I realized that I will not be going in the 4 o’clock hour in the future. The girl who checked my eyes took care of the insurance, and then explained all the costs as I picked out my glasses. My very frugal mother would say that I should just buy the $ 5 pair at the drugstore, but since it’s my first pair, and insurance covers most of it, I opted for the stylish ones with the springs since my huge brain makes it so the regular frames just pinch my skull, giving me headaches that the glasses are supposed to help prevent. A pleasant experience, though I’m glad that you only need to get eye exams every few years.
