EASY, PEASY!
I love the ability to park easily, get what I need and be on my way. This store is always very quiet and accessible. Staff is floating around offering assistance as needed and there is just no drama. They carry the brands I need and the price is right. What more could I ask for?

First time in this Sports Authority location. I’ve also been to their locations at Towne Center and Cumberland.
I don’t really see any difference between this location and the others. The merchandise, layout, and total experience is about the same.
I like the selection and quality of merchandise in these stores. However, what I don’t like is the lack of service and the layout of the merchandise.
I was looking for swimming trunks and I literally had to walk through the store several times before I could find the location of men’s swim trunks. They have a swimming gear section, but they weren’t there. In the men’s clothing section, they were hidden away in a little section and very difficult to find.
There was no one on the floor asking if they could help me. I was left on my own to find the swim trunks.
I also bought a gift for someone else (a sports jacket) at the store. When I checked out, I told the clerk I needed a gift receipt for the jacket but the swim trunks were for me. When I was walking out, I checked the gift receipt and she gave a gift receipt for the swim trunks instead of the jacket. Glad I checked that while I was still in the store. I don’t think mistakes like that should be made.
I am glad to see a Dick’s Sporting Goods that will open in East Cobb on Roswell and Johnson Ferry and am looking forward to checking that out to see if it might have a better experience than Sports Authority.

Wow, awesome experience. Way to go Aaron. Best customer service ever for me. Bought my new Kayak at their July 4^th event. Super price and scored on a great paddle too.

Unorganized and cluttered. This is definitely my least favorite of the big box sports stores. The prices are average at best, but the employees are rude to offset it.
Definitely better options in the area. If I go back, it will only be because I’m in the area and bored trying to kill time, not to buy anything.
