Food is excellent– the wax paper in a saucy dish was a terrible idea though, pulling paper out of your teeth isn’t much fun. Pricing is high when you drive down the street a few miles and can eat the same for less then half the price and have a beer.

Best Mexican we’ve had in northern Atlanta! Just got liquor license. Not busy enough for how good the food is!

My first time here tonight, small, yet uncrowded space wise, clean, looked newly renovated, ambiance was nice and inviting. Service was prompt and courteous, with drink orders taken quickly and efficiently. Complimentary chips and salsa. Typical Mexican menu, with taco Tuesday specials, wing specials on Wednesdays. Attentive staff, not over bearing but sufficient in making sure you’re never lacking at your table, refills were prompt. Food was good, nothing super special, but with reasonable prices and friendly staff I will return and recommend to friends.

Absolutely delicious! Stopped by a little after 4 pm to get something to go for dinner at home. Wasn’t sure what would hold until the dinner hour but they went above and beyond what you would expect. I highly recommend the steak taco salad! They put the ingredients in a go box and the shell in another container! No mushy shell! Steak was very flavorful. Great customer service! Very worth a visit!

Glad to see this location is back to housing a good Mexican restaurant like there was when we moved to the area in 2000. Really enjoyed the Burrito Bowl for lunch today and found the menu to have plenty of choices. Food was fresh and the steak was tender. I will be taking the family there for dinner and my teenagers can be the next critics.

Señor Fajitas takes over where Picante Grill left off, which took over where Fajitas Grill left off, so we will see if they can succeed where others have failed. Not much has changed as far as the layout, it is a bit of an awkward space. The interior is a bit sharper and brighter than it’s predecessors, and with the introduction of a garage door, it is set up to open up the seating on a nice day. Even though the restaurant is new, the server had a great knowledge of the menu already and she did a great job in taking care of our table. The chips are light, thin and crispy. Salsa is mild and suited for mass consumption. The menu is traditional fare with a few house specials and a decent vegetarian selection. The food is good, absolutely no complaints in terms of quality or taste. My only«beef» with Señor fajitas is the prices. Lunch for two, no alcohol, came out to $ 32.84. While the food is pretty much standard fare, the prices are not. Priced much higher then the other restaurants I drove past to get here, the food just isn’t that good to warrant paying so much for it, and even though brand new, the atmosphere is still middle of the road at best. There are just too many Mexican restaurants in the area where you can pay less for more, and too many nicer restaurants close enough if you wanted to pay more to have a better experience. Not sure if third times a charm here.
