OKAY, IF THAT’S WHAT YOU LIKE!
This is an interesting little store. Everything is in these sterile little jewelry bins and I just did not care for the set up. They tend to carry very small simple every day pieces that would be great for gifts for that sweet sixteen or recent graduate. I love personalized pieces but I tend to prefer purchasing pieces that have special meaning and these were just decorative in nature.
The place was cold and void of any color or excitement and I just cannot imagine shopping here for myself, (I prefer «grown folks jewelry»). Besides they didn’t have much variety and everything seemed to look the same. They carry sterling silver, 14kt gold and costume pieces. It’s okay, just not for me.

I think i prefer buying charms on-​line, but that is no fault of the store. I’m just more comfortable ordering on my computer.
the staff is friendly, and helpful. the one thing you can’t do on-​line is have a live person arrange the charms in an order that makes them look the best. not only will they do it, they’re good at it. My wife would probably give them a four star just for that.
Me? I still prefer to shop from home. :)

Very helpful staff, although I didn’t let them help me much. I guess they’re not used to a husband who’s done his research and knows what his wife and daughter will like. Their looks of joy confirmed that I had excellent taste. I do wish their stores had a global rather than just a local registry of your purchases, but at least that can be done on the company’s website.
