Appearance plays a major role in my industry (automotive) and usually the first thing people look at are your shoes. David at Old Alabama Shoe Repair is now the only person that I will allow to perform services on my shoes. His ability to bring a pair of shoes back to life is amazing and he has always under-​promised and over-​delivered on the time it will take for my repairs. He has NEVER tried to sell me anything that I didn’t need for my shoes and his prices are very reasonable. I know that my shoes are in good hands when I take them to Old Alabama Shoe Repair and I can count on David to ensure that they last a lifetime!

So I walk in early Saturday to drop my shoes off two pairs of my dress shoes to be shined and have heel protectors installed. He had a lot of shoes that he was working on so I knew that it would take a while. However, he asks me when do I need them. Reluctantly I said «I’d really like them today if possible» he then a ask me what time. I’m thinking are you freakin serious he was slammed. I told him 3pm would work for me. He told me to be back at 3pm and he had them waiting for me. He’s a true professional and I highly recommend him.
