North Crescent Medical Center

I was so nervous before my outpatient surgery at North Crescent Medical Center, but it only took moments upon arriving to relax and enjoy the experience. The nursing staff and the anesthesiologist were so nice and made me feel very comfortable… There are some positive vibes at this place that you do not see at other clinics and surgery centers. The facility was super clean. As I was taken into the surgery room, it felt like I am going out with friends! They were all laughing and talking to me about cuisines and travel. The care and attention I received at this place was remarkable.

Arrived 834 for a 830 apt. Still waiting to be taken back & it is 900. This is the modern age, not sure why forms aren’t offered for downloading electronically so that patients can save time. Also the information is 90% of what they have in file already. Time for them to get with the program. Perhaps I should charge them $ 50 for their broken appt fee???

I couldn’t speak more highly of this facility. When I went in for a minor outpatient procedure, the staff put me at ease right away – they’re a group of professional, caring individuals. They have incredible attention to detail. I was told to arrive at 11am for a noon surgery. They started prepping me at around 11:10, and I walked into the OR at around 12:05. My husband, who has had like 6 surgeries, told me he’s never been taken care of this quickly.
I got great treatment: warmed blankets as soon as I changed into the surgery gear and also on the operating table, they asked me to pick from several drinks at the beginning and then as soon as soon as I woke up they offered it to me, etc. Also, I was only minimally groggy from the anesthesia and felt pretty good (within the circumstances) very quickly. Top notch facility!

This place totally rocks! Due to a health problem, I recently had to undergo minor outpatient surgery. The entire staff at North Crescent Medical Center was amazing. I was well taken care of from check-​in to recovery, and everyone helped me to relax and be comfortable. Kudos to the kind and gentle nursing staff, the expert anesthesiologist, and of course, my wonderful doctor, who performed the surgery. North Crescent Medical Center exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend them!
