In the short time I took my daughter to this location the instructor has been absent. Should this be a problem? Absolutely not… instructors need vacation too… instructors get sick… that’s life. BUT no one will call ahead to tell you that your child will have to see a substitute which ends up being a total waste of time. Then a couple weeks later my daughter comes down with a 103 degree fever. I call Music Matters about 3 hours in advance to let them know that she won’t be in. I ask for a reschedule and am told without exception that answer is «NO». We do not reschedule here with less than 24 hours notice. This is a fine policy for an establishment that doesn’t abide by their own rules. I have no tolerance for business that act like this. There are so many other places within a 5 minute distance to take my child that we yanked her out of this joke of a store without a further thought.
