I grew up all of my life in Atlanta, recently I had some friends who were in the photography business, who as we all know took a mighty turn for the worse a few years ago and were living in some overpriced houses. When the real estate market went soft even though they could sell them they were hit with so many lowball offers they would basically wind up shortselling. These guys came in and hooked them up with the rent to own client and basically got my friends cash positive for a period of time until the loan closed. I know that because the client is my girlfriend and she moved to California to be with me. :)
