the owner of this company is very rude and offensive.
used them on 3 occasions. 1st occasion they only stayed less than 2 hrs while agreement was for 3 hrs. 2nd & 3rd occasion while accepting a discounted rate for their service. the owner proceeded to accuse me of taking advantage of their service, and insisted on payment for both events in advanced. just bec. I was wanting to clarify that i needed them to stay for the full 3hrs on one of the events and 2hrs for the 2nd event. obviously this could a whole misunderstanding, but the rude way that the owner Todd handled this whole incident is very rude.
at least from my experience, i definitely don’t recomment this company nor will i ever use them again.
