I ordered a project in April that was delivered with incorrect measurements. I paid to return the items to JRB Silk Fabrics. They cut the fabric to the proper dimensions but even though I paid for cutting and backing the sides were unravelling. My clients would not accept the order. Thus, I had to pay for overnight shipping to have the fabric sent to me where my seamstress had to do the project by hand in order to meet the client deadline. I have over $ 600 in extra fabric and shipping. When I called numerous times to get this issue resolved it took them over a month to follow up and when they did they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I thought people in the industry should know and be warned.
