Iroff and Son Jewelers

I went to see Brian at Iroff and Son Jewelers based on the suggestion of my father. He said it was the only jeweler him and his buddies trusted in Atlanta. I was given an older engagement ring from my fiancé’s mother that had a nice sized diamond but had an outdated setting with two small baguettes. I know little about jewelry and wanted to have it upgraded. Seeing as I was fortunate enough to inherit a sizable stone I wanted to make sure I put some money into upgrading it, to show her and her family I had «some skin in the game» as they say.
I was helped out and greeted by Hope and Brian when I arrived. My parents came with me to help me select a new setting, ring, and diamond additions. Everyone working quickly greeted my family and I, and Brian immediately offered to clean my mother’s engagement ring and wedding band which she was quite pleased about. As they started off into conversation I worked with Hope for most of my visit. I’d never shopped for anything like this in my life and being nervous about the engagement itself I thought I may faint. Hope walked me through all the different options I had and showed me what the stone would look like in several different settings using zirconium stones as examples. I never felt rushed or pressured while I was shopping to buy anything or spend more than I felt comfortable with. Hope seemed familiar with how to handle young men in my emotional state and put many of my fears at ease as we worked towards the perfect ring. In the end they were able to work the older diamond into a beautiful new setting with a halo of diamonds and more smaller diamonds along a new white gold ring. It came out absolutely perfect and my fiancé is absolutely thrilled.
Although I may have been able to go cheaper this wasn’t a purchase I was looking to take chances on or cut corners. I knew I needed help on this one. I was expecting a high level of service and professionalism and my expectations were exceeded at Iroff and Sons. In many cases I’ve found you get what you pay for with these things, and if you’re looking for excellent service in Atlanta area for your next jewelry purchase, this is the jeweler you want to see. I’m certainly a customer for life.

IS IT ME?
Visiting this jeweler reminded me of my first trip to California, you will need to wait to be buzzed in. A little unnerving, but okay. So, I am starting to wonder, is it me or do all Alpharetta/​Duluth jewelers seem to carry the same inventory comprised mostly of cute little lady pieces? What happened to BIG and BOLD?
Now, I know that if I want something special and different, I can have it custom made but this just doesn’t appeal to me. I’m just not that patient. I did have some gold recast into unique splashes back in the day but this was a very easy process. I found a Swedish jeweler who happened to be a great artist. He had very cool and colorful pieces and I was immediately hooked. I simply gave him the gold and allowed him to create a couple of pieces without any direction. The result was awesome, as these are a couple of the coolest and most unique pieces I own.
Although Iroff and Son has plenty of sparkly items, I was bored by their inventory. I really think that their specialty is diamond jewelry and specifically, bridal sets. I would love to see a local jeweler step out from the crowd and dare to make something fashion forward and totally fresh, while maintaining the same level of quality used in their staple pieces.
If you want safe and conservative, come on over!

My wife & I had the pleasure of visiting Bryan Iroff at Iroff & Sons Jewelers in Alpharetta to purchase a new setting for my wife’s engagement ring. Bryan was extremely helpful and we purchased the ring on our first visit. No high pressure from Bryan and he took a personal interest in the ring we purchased to make sure my wife would be happy. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Iroff and Son is as good as it gets. I like them alot because the whole team is alive. Just seems some jewelry stores have a sleepy boring feel… actually makes me lose energy when I (used to) go into those other stores.
And, I’m pretty picky, so if Iroff doesn’t have it in a case they will find it for me. Yeah, that rocks my world. Thanks y’all.

Iroff and Son Jewelers was one out of many jewelers that I went to to buy an engagement ring. I brought my fiancé with because I wanted her to have the perfect ring and I knew together we would find it. The first time we went into Iroff and Son Jewelers Bryan helped us. He had to answer a lot of questions for us because this was our second stop in the beginning and we did not know what we were looking for in a ring. He was very polite and answered all of our questions. When we decided on a ring we liked he did not pressure us into buying it right then or anything. He wrote down the numbers and everything for us so if we decided to come back he would have it all and so would we. That was the biggest plus for us other than how friendly everyone in the store was. At that time we were not completely ready to settle and we looked around and every place we went to tried to force us to buy it right then and there. About a week later we got a hand written letter from Bryan simple and sweet. It was more personal than an e-​mail like others tried to send and we knew he was sincere. We went back for another visit to look at the ring again and we knew from looking around it was no longer what we wanted. We showed him a picture and he got all the similar rings. He did not complain or anything, he looked happy to help us and answer more questions. The one we liked ended up out of our price range and we were going to think about it more but then it just so happened he was having an event the next week where many different styles of rings would be in his store and he invited us to it and we set up an appointment. We felt bad about taking up a lot of his time but we really wanted «the perfect ring» within our budget. He completely understood and took his time with us. We came in for our appointment and he knew exactly what we were looking for because within 15 minutes we found the perfect ring. He even joked with us saying we did a lot better than he thought we would and we were both surprised as well. Take it from us, you will know when you find the perfect ring. We also purchased my wedding band from here. Bryan, his father, and everyone in the store were so polite and caring. Thank you most of all to Bryan for being so patient with us.
