I called them and placed my voice message and it was for replacement of my iPhone 5s battery replacement. Good part is someone called (lady) after two days and then after listening my request, she told me her technician can be the best person to give me a quote.
I keep my phone hold for 3 – 4 minutes and then another lady unmute and asked me how she can help me. I explained again I just want to replace my iPhone 5s battery and how much it could cost. She listen and immediately replied ’ Thank you for calling iDeviceMD. Have a good day’ and hand up the phone!
It waste my time, their time and raise my phone bill… worthless…I’d recommend to avoid further investigate or review for them

Have you ever dropped your phone while traveling on business? Well it’s like cutting off your right hand! I googled for a local repair near Alpharetta GA and in less time that it took to get there my hand was restored… OK my phone was working flawlessly anyway. Thanks! I just hope that if it happens again they have a store nearby.
