BEWARE!!! If they screw up your clothes, they do not care! My fiancé’ took a $ 300+ dress in for alterations. They charged her $ 87, and did a total hack job on her dress. This dress was for our reception at our wedding. They totally screwed up the zipper, made it way too short, and ruined the whole lay out of the dress. Not to mention the bottom (third) layer on the dress is now longer than the top layer. It looks ridiculous. These crooks should pay for the expensive dress they ruined and give her the $ 87 back also. But they wouldn’t do either one. The dress really looks like a drunken 5 year old did the alterations. The owner took no blame for the hack job they did. He said the seamstress did what my fiancé’ told her to do. I’m sorry, but my fiancé’ in no way is going to tell someone to ruin her dress and make it unwearable. The owner was a total jackass, and wouldn’t give a refund of any kind. The dress is unfixable, so she can’t have them just fix the crappy job they did. She now has to go buy a new dress as if we haven’t spent enough money on this stuff already. The owner is a total Jerk and they do not deserve to be in business. They actually deserve no stars.
