Eye Styles

We had several families members get glasses or contacts recently. Great doctor, and solid support staff. They took really good care of us, and we will definitely return.

The problem I have with Eye Styles and other companies that use Groupon is that they rarely actually give you the deal they have presented to you. I bought an eye exam on Groupon that specifically said,
Our comprehensive eye examinations includes:
Glaucoma screenings
Lasik evaluations
Color vision testing
Dry eye treatment
Red eye treatments
Diabetes & hypertension monitoring
Spectacle prescriptions
Contact lens prescriptions
Retinal examinations
You can even find it on their website. Yet when I call and make an appointment they tell me that it ONLY includes a spectacle exam and that’s it! So why are you promising me a list of things that the eye exam includes when it doesn’t? After admitting their mistake they STILL wouldn’t honor the Groupon and told me to try and get my money back. Why even use Groupon if you aren’t willing to honor it. That’s terrible customer service in my book. If they had honored it, my opinion would be completely different. Bad business.

The doctor was excellent, thorough and friendly. The receptionist was all that plus went the extra mile when I was having complications with my insurance. They even had a few books for my toddler to look at during my exams. I was so pleased that they were somewhat kid-​friendly (or as much as can be expected from an optometrist’s office). Overall, my experience was better than I was expecting and I very highly recommend!

Dr. Patel and Jessica are both fantastic in their respective roles. Clean, modern, no-​pressure office with flexible hours. Highly recommend.

Dr. Patel is fantastic and very thorough. The office has a great selection of frames. I especially appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics as I’ve experienced at other offices. I was able to get a great set of glasses that my insurance fully covered without getting any extras that I didn’t need.
