It took them 4 years to replace some of the machines in the gym. You aren’t allowed to use the clubhouse for private parties or anything. It’s only for show. Computers in the room doesn’t have a printer with ink for the past 4 years. Just a heads up if you’re looking for those features. The apartments have bedbugs, roaches&spiders maybe from tenants who only stayed a short time. Don’t get stuck in their lease thinking you got a bargain bc there’s black molds behind the walls&windows. We have suffered two major constructions without the use of a bathroom&dining room. We never missed a single payment of rent during our entire 4 years. See my other review about what they charge you for moving out. They gave us apt. with old carpet&promised to replace them every year. Finally 3 years later it’s replaced&if you move out you’re charged. They charge for cleaning, painting, etc. Beware of the sales tactics!
