I’ve been using Cristomar for probably 7 to 8 years, ever since they were recommended to me by Roswell Rug Company. I’m always happy with the professional and gracious service provided by Chris and Mary and the quality of the rug cleaning. I have a large wool and silk rug that my older cat has urinated on, time and time again. Annually, I take advantage of Cristomar’s seasonal discount and have this rug cleaned. Cristomar does an excellent job removing the pet odor– the rug comes back looking like new, odors gone and all dyes intact. Even the fringe on the rug is maintained in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company.

I have been a long time client of this local family owned business. As an interior designer I have many opportunities to recommend the team at Cristomar and they are always extremely professional and knowledgeable. They provide outstanding customer service and much of their success is referral based which speaks volumes about their expertise.
Another very special feature is their consignment rug department. A wonderful variety of rugs in all sizes and price ranges are displayed in their showroom. Check it out and I promise you will be thrilled to have this great one stop shop in your back pocket!

Love picking up my clean antique rug from Cristomar. Sometimes I have them deliver and pick up but the facility is so fun to see. They are miracle workers. Family owned and operated. Been in busy for over 15 years.

I used Cristomar after I met Mary at a networking event. I did not read any reviews before hand. Not only did they misplace one of my area rugs (they were finally delivered three months later), my carpet came back a darker color with stripes of the original color and visible pet stains. We have since moved out of the area, but I would not recommend this company. The staff were very professional but my rugs were ruined.
