Mediocre food.
Best item was the General Tso’s Chicken. Everything else was subpar. Chicken fried rice with chicken that looked like lunch meat with no seasoning. Egg rolls were extremely greasy like they weren’t drained. Mongolian beef was cheap beef with no flavor.
The wait was supposed to be 20 – 25 min, but ended up being an hour. We went shopping at Publix, but still wasn’t ready when we came back.
And to add insult to injury no fortune cookies…
I wish we could find a consistent Chinese food, but this is not it…

We have ordered from China Sky several times. We usually get chicken and Chinese veggies in brown sauce, General Tsoas chicken, and egg rolls.
China Sky does a great job with their dishes. Veggies are crisp and cut in larger chunks, not like the mushy ones you get at some other places. Portions are large and the rice is done just right. The egg rolls are always crisp and tasty.
The top Chinese place in the area in my opinion. My only complaints are they don’t deliver and are closed on Sunday’s.

I decided on this place over one closer to me because they had a menu available online.
Boy am I glad they did.
Some of the best Chinese I’ve had outside San Francisco. All items ordered were excellent, appeared to be made fresh (vs. the McChinese found in some places), and was ready exactly when they said it would be. On many items you have Mild/​Medium/​Crazy Spicy options. I got medium, based on that I would only order crazy on a drunken dare.
Portion sizes were massive, especially considering their prices are so reasonable. Ordered what we thought would be enough food for 4, what we got was more like enough for 8.
If you go to their website you have the option to place your order online, and set a time for pickup.

So, we picked up again tonight to give it a try for the second time and I am thrilled that the Thai Curry was yummy and was the chicken teriyaki. Wish they would deliver, but still very close for pick up. It was packed, 5 deep with pick up tonight!

Reasonably priced take-​out. Located in the Publix shopping center off Birmingham Hwy, this restaurant has zero ambiance but decent Chinese. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. It had too much breading for my taste but was hot and flavorful. The kitchen is open to the register and the cooks were busy making food in the woks for walk-​ins and those who ordered online and over the phone. I’ll go back but order something else.

I was very surprised with this place. There is a great selection between the thai and chinese menu. Also, there was something my boyfriend wanted that wasn’t on the menu and they made it for him.
I wish they delivered, but I would rather drive here than eat from the other two chinese restaurants near my house.
My only complaint would be the spring rolls were overcooked.

Great food. Huge variety. Very reasonable prices. Haven’t had a bad meal there yet. Some of the best Chinese food we’ve eaten in a very long time (outside of a good Chinatown restaurant — SF, Boston, NY, etc.).
Only a few tables inside, and not really great ambiance to enjoy. Take out is a no-​brainer, but if you don’t want fancy eating in isn’t so bad. Just moved to the area, and this is our great, new, local, standby Chinese restaurant.

This place has been in business for years for a reason, it’s good! Unpretentious décor and not a lot of sitting places makes it perfect for take out. Their food is reliable and made to order. Not salty or greasy, the pork lo mein was tasty and so were the beef broccoli and sweet and sour chicken. If you don’t feel like cooking or driving far this is the place to go!
