Children’s Ark Academy

Two years ago I would have given this school 5 stars. Over the last year things have drastically changed.
There has been a very high turnover in teachers and the quality of child care is just not the same anymore.
The children seem noticeable unhappy. Our toddler would cry every morning when it was time to go to school. We also noticed that he was crying a lot more in the afternoon and was very hungry and very thirsty.
Another complaint was the strong bleach smell in the classroom in the afternoon. Teachers mop floors while the children would have to sit on the floor in a corner. Our son came home with bleach stains on the back of his shirts and pants where he must have been sitting on the wet floor numerous times.
I spoke with the director several times but nothing changed.
Now that we’re at another daycare we can see a huge difference in how our 3 year old behaves. He is excited to see his teachers and friends at school. No more tears!
