Carpenter Storage

The manager is the rudest person I have met in a long time that is in a customer service position. I was willing to overlook her abrasiveness when initially renting our outdoor parking spot, when advising in writing as per the contract of intent to vacate the spot, and the non-​responsiveness of an email advising her (per her request) that we had vacated the spot. I draw the line when it continues after I make the time during office hours to verify receipt of the email advising the spot was now vacant and her professional response was, «Oh, I deleted it. The account is closed and I can’t print anything else out on it.» At that point, I definitely needed to have something in writing from this company that would show that the account is closed to all parties satisfaction. I stepped outside of the office to call and have the email re-​sent to her but was followed and given a piece of paper that shows a zero balance as of the day after the spot was vacated. She turned back around to return into her office when she verbally kicks me off the property, that I have no business there anymore.
Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone who may have to store anything of value for any length of time. The place and staff do not give you a feeling that your business is welcomed nor that they care to have your business. The office smelled like a damp old 50’s Holiday Inn that allowed smoking in the rooms.
