Drive a quarter mile(seriously) north up McFarland and pay 20 cents less for gas. This BP gouges you because it is right off the highway.

Not coming here ever again. Bought antifreeze, turned out I didn’t need it but they don’t do returns! No signs anywhere and nothing on the receipt saying such. Came back on Sunday to try to return it the first time… they’re closed and there’s no schedule on the door. you don’t know when they’re open or closed. Poor way to run a business.

The BP gas station at the McFarland exit off 400 has a poor quality car wash and even worse customer service! The car wash displays next to each gas pump show three levels of car washes. The levels are labeled S1: $ 6, S2: $ 7, and S3: $ 8, each with a description of the wash features. When you pay for your gas at the pump it says«enter car wash 1−3». I wanted a $ 6 car wash, so I pressed«1» like any rational human being would. It charged me for the $ 8 wash! When I told the attendant at the counter what happened he said, «Oh yes, that happens all the time because the numbers actually go from most to least expensive wash, 1 – 3.» Even the man in line behind me told the attendant that didn’t make sense! I asked for my $ 2 back because I only wanted the cheap wash, but he refused saying only the manager could refund money. Long story short: My car was still dirty after my car went through the wash – you could see exactly where the cheap rubber pads touched my car and all the pollen reside it left behind. It took multiple phone calls and two visits before I finally spoke to the manager who reluctantly refunded my $ 8. Of course it’s not about the money. The fact is that their car wash signs say«SATISFACTIONGUARENTEED!» From my experience, this is a hollow claim.
