Bare Escentuals

I live in another state and came in to pick up some products while I was visiting and was amazed at the lack of customer service. Not a great store considering the company praises itself on fantastic service. The sales lady had absolutely no active listening skills and the manager had a «I don’t want to be here at all» look the entire time as she stood behind the register. Very disappointing experience.

Bad Experience here today! I went to bare escentuals today and was appalled by the horrible customer service!
When I arrived at Bare escentuals I was not greeted warmly and the mood there was very sour. I asked for some help from a lady named Linda and she was very short and not helpful at all.
My Aunt asked for some help with her lip gloss and the lady was not helpful at all and pointed her to the lip gloss section. The colors did not exactly match so she choose another color that was closer.
She brought the lip gloss to the register and the lady said why didn’t you get the other one. My Aunt stated that it was not the same color that she had before. The lady argued with her about it and gave her a lot of attitude. Not to mention the glares that we received from across the store! Who wants to shop somewhere where you get glared at!!!
I asked for the number to corporate and was given the district manager, Amy’s number. I explained how upset I was about the attitude and Amy was not very receptive and made the situation worse. She asked, well yelled at me asking what she could do… how about apologize and make it right.
After I left I was still very upset that I called the actual corporate number that was on the website and they assured me that this would be addressed.
I hope things change because I love bare escentulas and was very disappointed with my visit here. I will not visit this place again until I know things change!
