Ok 1^st experience with them. I had a manufacturer warranty the manufacturer was paying for the repair, I called set up a an appointment he seemed nice, Monday they never showed at the agreed time so I called Steve. Conversation went like this, Hello Steve this is «my name» we had an appointment between 1 – 3 today and no one has come or called? Steve said we never received the information from the manufacture so we did not come, «I confirmed they did but» I said in a regular non attitude voice, ok it would have helped if someone called, my wife was waiting all day and had taken time off of work, he said that’s between you and the manufacture, I said but I made the appointment with you how is the manufacture going to know if you are coming or not or if something happened, I understand if something comes up it happens but a call would have been nice so we were not waiting all day, I am still talking in a nice voice. Then he said well why don’t you get someone else to fix your spa «A#@ hole!». seriously I was just talking to him and he calls me an a#$ hole. If you use him he may be nice up front but for a business owner to come off like this shows his real character, I would not use him, beware you have been warned
